Goldman Property Group Rental Criteria
At the time of applying, all of these criteria must be met:
- Each resident over the age of 18 will need to submit a rental application
- 2.5x Income to Rent (Combined Gross)
- 3 months rent in savings (after deposit and first month’s rent is paid)
- Excellent Credit
- Applicants will be evaluated on a combination of credit history information as well as meeting our minimum income and savings criteria
